WHAT TO EXPECT
Slight heat to the area during treatment and for about an hour post treatment.
TREATMENT PROTOCOL
With most lasers, your doctor will numb the area to be treated with a topical numbing cream. Once you notice a slight tingling sensation or coldness (that means the area is numb), your doctor will hold the hand-piece against your skin. As the energy is emitted onto skin you may feel some discomfort or pain, signaling that the laser is working.
THE RECOVERY
“No-downtime” Pinkness immediately after treatment, subsides within 2 hours. Glowing the next day, can wear makeup. A few days later skin develops a sandpaper like texture, will slough off within a few days to reveal brighter, smoother skin.
